We offer discounts for our loyal returning customers and on stays over 7 nights.

Arrival time is from 3pm and departing time is 10am.

CHANGES TO CANCELLATION POLICY DURING COVID

We have revised our cancellation policy to reflect the current C-19 crisis. 

Where you have made a booking with us and we are unable to deliver your stay for covid related reasons, we will provide you with a full refund.

Where you are unable to stay on your booked dates for reasons relating to covid (such as a local lockdown or needing to isolate), we will first give you the opportunity to postpone the holiday to a future date within a similar rental period. For example, if you book in early spring, you will be able to re-book at the same rate in any booking period where the cost is the same or lower than the rate for the booked period (where it is lower, you will be issued with a refund for the difference). If you wish to re-book into a more expensive booking period (for example winter into high summer) you will need to pay the difference in booking rates. If you do not wish to re-book your holiday, we will provide you with a full refund. 

If you have to cancel your holiday for reasons unrelated to changes in the C-19 lockdown regulations our normal terms of cancellation set out below will apply, and we strongly advise you to ensure your holiday insurance covers such circumstances.

All bookings are held for 7 days pending receipt of 50% non-refundable deposit, payable by BACS transfer. Dates will be confirmed by email on receipt of deposit. Balance payable by BACS transfer 8 weeks before start of holiday together with a £150 refundable security deposit to ­­cover any damage or breakages. Bookings within 60 days of the holiday date require full payment by BACS transfer at time of booking.

Cancellation within 60 days of holiday - no refund except security deposit of £150 (if paid). If before 60 days the 50% deposit will not be refunded. We will try to find another booking and if we are able to we will refund 50% of the holiday cost.

Great location to access the clean, sandy beach. Well equipped apartment, spacious and clean with comfortable beds! We had a relaxing and happy holiday and would definitely like to return.
