If you want to stay for longer or shorter periods than advertised or to check-in on a day other than a Friday (our usual check-in day), please contact us directly for availability and prices. We offer discounts for our loyal returning customers and on stays over 7 nights.
Arrival time is from 5pm and departing time is 10am although please note that this may change due to cleaning protocols.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All bookings are held for 7 days pending receipt of 50% non-refundable deposit, payable by BACS transfer. Dates will be confirmed by email upon receipt of deposit. The balance is payable by BACS transfer 8 weeks before the start of the holiday together with a £150 refundable security deposit to cover any damage or breakages. Bookings within 60 days of the holiday date require full payment by BACS transfer at time of booking.
Where you have made a booking with us and we are unable to deliver your stay for any reason, we will provide you with a full refund. Please note we will only cancel your booking where we have taken all reasonable steps to try and make your stay happen but it is impossible for us to do so due to extenuating circumstances.
If you need to cancel your booking with us the following rules will apply:
- Where cancellation is made more than 6 months before the start date of your stay then we will issue a full refund where the full payment for the stay has already been made by this date. If the full payment has not been paid by the date of cancellation then we will only refund the amount paid to us by that date.
- Where cancellation is made at anytime between 6 months and 60 days of the holiday start date no refund will be made except for the security deposit of £150 (if already paid by that date). However, we will try to find another booking for the same stay dates and if we are able to do this then we will refund 50% of the holiday cost (assuming the full payment has been made by that date). Please note that in these circumstances, the guests who made the original booking are not permitted to try and "sell" their stay dates to a third party. It will only be possible for any alternative booking for the same stay dates to be agreed between ourselves and a third party and no refund will be made until such time as we have received the payment for the alternative booking.
- Where cancellation is 60 days or less before the holiday start date, no refund of any kind will be given.
